The 5th Olive Oil Quality Competition, organized as part of the 5th Eleotechnia 2013, concluded with resounding success and enthusiastic acclaim. A total of 66 samples and products competed, showcasing the excellence and dedication of olive oil producers.

The competition’s organoleptic committee featured eight highly experienced and trained tasters, with leadership by Mrs. Efi Christopoulou and Mrs. Maria Lazaraki. Both esteemed chemists are internationally recognized olive oil tasters and certified trainers accredited by the International Olive Council. Their expertise underscored the credibility and prestige of the event.

The accompanying exhibition highlighted a diverse range of businesses specializing in standardizationpackagingolive cultivation, and olive oil machinery, offering visitors a comprehensive overview of the olive oil industry.
