Grape season in Vathypetro, Archanes (Heraklion, Crete, Greece). The smiling five-year-old boy in the photo grew up to become the visionary, creator, and leader of the group: Mr. Nikolaos Giannidakis.
The story of Minoan Fruits, however, began much earlier. The Giannidakis family, with its entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering passion, has been engaged in viticulture and the trade of table grapes for three generations. From the renowned grape-producing region of Archanes, their products carry the essence of authentic Cretan tradition.

Summer 2019

Today, the Minoan Fruits group operates in facilities spanning over 2,000 sq.m. Equipped with administrative offices, refrigerated storage, and warehousing facilities, it ensures optimal preservation of the products we handle.

More precisely, our equipment includes advanced processing lines where freshly harvested products are sorted and prepared. Special storage tanks are designated for our meticulously selected extra virgin olive oil (both conventional and organic, PDO-certified), and an automated bottling machine ensures precision in olive oil standardization.
